Liliana has a 17 years experience in HR Outsourcing services and an equal “seniority” in  AIM HR Outsourcing team(prior AIMS HR Outsourcing). She has graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest,Faculty of Management. Her responsibilities include current operations regarding  personnle leasing services and payroll activities, staying in contact with clients and employees in a personnel leasing agreement and providing consulting services related to taxes, social contributions and labour legislation.

“I treat each client so that he gets the perception he is working with a consultant that tailors the relationship and not with a human resources services supplier. I take into account the client’s particular needs and I approach each relationship with promptness and get to the point every time.”

She joined the team as a temporary collaborator, but transformed this phase into something permanent due to the “atmosphere in the company”. What defines this atmosphere? Liliana thinks that she is a part of a passionate  team, ready to deliver great results for each project.
