“The employees that work with us find answers to their question and also a good word”

She has graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies, the Faculty of Management and has a master’s degree in Audit. She has been working with the AIM HR Outsourcing (former AIMS HR Outsourcing) team since 2003, and although she was coming from the accounting field, she has found that working with people – clients and employees, in the same measure – has contributed very much to her professional and personal development, although at first she doubted that there would be something she would like.

The word that she uses now to define the relationship with the clients is “trust”. Trust is founded by the quality of the services, the respect and last but not least the involvement and desire to obtain the best result for them.

“We are searching for a collaboration method which makes the client feel important, and the employees know they get not only an answer to their questions, but also a good word.”

During her time spent with the AIMS company she has discovered what it means to actually enjoy coming to work and working in a team.
