Mariana has graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Management, is an accounting expert, has  21 years of experience in HR Outsourcing management and she has been working for AIM HR Outsourcing  since 1995(prior in Snelling and after that in Aims HR Outsourcing).

She ensures the management of AIM HR Outsourcing team – that offers outsourcing services in the human resources field – uses the knowledge and experience gained during the years in order to find adequate solutions for outsourcing the HR activities – for personnel leasing and payroll clients, recruitment for entry level positions and specialists – as well for the consultancy given on labour legislation and payroll issues.
